Data Deletion

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion, email us at contact@eraapp.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include enough information for us to locate your data:

• The email address or phone number you used with ERA AI.
• Your name, business name, or workspace name, if applicable.
• Your Instagram handle, Facebook profile name, or Meta account identifier, if the request relates to Meta.
• A short note describing whether you want specific data deleted or your full ERA AI account data deleted.

2. Meta App Data Deletion

If you connected ERA AI through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta product, you can also remove ERA AI from your Meta account settings:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Open Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
3. Go to Apps and Websites.
4. Find ERA AI or Eraapp.ai and choose Remove.
5. If Meta shows an option to request deletion of data shared with the app, select it.

You may still email us directly using the instructions above so we can verify the request and remove any matching data stored in ERA AI systems.

3. What We Delete

After verifying your request, we delete or anonymize personal data that we can reasonably associate with you, including:

• Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle.
• Lead form, booking form, and strategy-call questionnaire responses.
• Account profile, workspace, or business information connected to your ERA AI account.
• Meta-provided identifiers or profile data, if ERA AI received that data through a Meta integration.
• Stored integration tokens or connected-channel records, where applicable.

4. What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. We may also retain anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through our normal backup cycle.

5. Processing Time

We will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. In most cases, verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you using the email address provided.
